TBUG INN ICEXT EASE X and Jeep 4x4 Travel Bug
6/30/04 19:05
We got the e-mail notice that a Jeep Travel Bug had been placed in the cache, so we scrambled into the Jeep and hit an auto-route to the location. This marks the third time we've gone out to find the Jeep TB, but the first time that we got there first!
The cache was located at the designated coordinates. I must say, in my limited experience (Geo-caching) this was one of the coolest hiding places yet. Even when I found the spot, I was still in doubt. After some poking around I found it. Nice hide, cache is intact and definitely not in danger of being found by mistake.
We took the Jeep Travel Bug and left a Hot Wheels 2 COOL since we didn't have a TB to leave.
We're planning on taking the Jeep Travel Bug for a long long ride and hope to place it in a cache that is accessible only to 4x4 vehicles or determined hikers... That's what Jeeps are all about right? While with us, the TB-TJ has had a visit with the Yellow Jeep Club:

We found your 2 Cool car originally in the TBug inn, at the Windy Run Cache. One of the Rocket dudes recognized it from one of your pictures. We also have it's long lost cousin, a red 2 cool style (except it has a lightup motor and grille).
