The rites of winter cometh.  And with the cold comes the need to install the hard top.  This year I spent a couple minutes touching up some spots on the rack brackets where they bolt to the rear cross member...

the rear bumper and also on the rack.

We fixed the ground wire for the antenna by adding a connector to make it easier to remove when we swap tops.

Then I swapped tops with the same exact ritual as last year.  The hardtop hoist again made it's value apparent.  Time and money well spent getting all the parts and putting it together.  Ted stayed with me the whole time and we reorganized the garage to make things a little easier to get to once we packed everything in again.

I purchased a cheap fishing pole storage rack and stuck it to the back window for our Trekking Pole storage.
